RV Site and Tent Reservations: Same Day Reservations can not be made online
Reservations require a $12.00 non-refundable deposit.
Payment in full is required on all RV and Tent site reservations by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Your site is subject to release if payment is not made by that time.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 907-822-5634 Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be honored.
If you have prepaid for your site, a full refund will be issued, minus a $12 processing fee providing notice has been received by 4:00 pm the day prior to arrival.
Reminder Day Guests must register at lodge.
Cabin Rentals:
Payment in full is required on all reservations. Deposits must be paid with a credit card at the time a reservation is made. A refund of your deposit, minus a $12 processing fee, will be given on cancelled reservations providing notice has been received a minimum of 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. Notify us by 4:00 pm three days before your scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call 907-822-5634 to receive your deposit refund. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be honored. With less than a 72 hour notice that you must cancel, please understand that you will forfeit your deposit.
In the unlikely event that you must check out early, we cannot provide a partial refund. Rates/ policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Ranch House Lodge & RV Camping has the right to move or change your sites/ cabin. Cabin Check-in: 2:00 PM, sooner if ready.
